On April 21st, 250 people showed up in MRCC’s parking lot to celebrate local farmers, local food businesses, the Mid-Missouri community, and delicious food.

The event included: a free local food meal prepared by Fresh Harvest Grill and range free , locally grown popcorn from The Veggie Patch, personalized pig character drawings, a gardening demonstration (with free plant starts for attendees from Three Creeks Farm + Forest and seeds from Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company), arts and crafts, a soil tunnel exhibit (from the MU Soil Health Assessment Center), and more!
