MRCC Visits with Willie!

On Monday, March 30th, MRCC had the pleasure of visiting with Willie Nelson on his tour bus before his concert at the Missouri Theater. We reminisced about MRCC’s and Farm Aid’s history of fighting for family farms and sustainable food and farm policies that benefit the vast majority of farmers and consumers across our great state and nation. Both MRCC and Farm Aid are celebrating our 30th Anniversaries this year!

Please help follow up this powerful statement by making one easy phone call–and ask your friends and neighbors to call too!!!

Please Call Governor Nixon AGAIN!!!
Tell Him to Veto Senate Bill 12!

Call Governor Nixon TODAY @ (573) 751-3222!

Tell him To Veto Senate Bill 12:

  • Let him know you are opposed to the Beef Check-Off and that the Check-Off language in the bill is blatantly flawed and is clearly written in the interest of Beef Check-Off supporters making it virtually impossible for the vast majority of producers to make their voices heard. Stop the Beef Check-Off Tax!
  • Tell the Governor that Senate Bill 12 is a bad bill that makes it EASIER for foreign corporations to buy more Missouri farmland without us even knowing it! Our farmland is a finite resource that should be protected from foreign, corporate interests!
